Our Mission: Building Communities Rooted in Freedom and Family Values
Andrea Martinez, April 2, 2025
When we started this company, I initially saw it as my husband’s dream, something I was there to support because it would shape our future as a family. But over time, I realized it was much bigger than that. This company is not just about helping people relocate; it’s about creating communities with people who share our values and reviving the principles that once made the Western world a beacon of opportunity and freedom.
For generations, the United States was the ultimate destination for those seeking a better life. Its strong, timeless constitution based on Judeo-Christian values, commitment to individual liberties, and opportunities for prosperity drew people from all over the world, including Latin America. Families thrived, children received quality education, and hard work was rewarded. But over time, these foundational values began to erode. Society shifted, work took precedence over family, divorces skyrocketed, addictions grew, and social movements, while seemingly well-intentioned, were co-opted to serve political agendas.
The marches seemed noble—promoting peace, tolerance, unity, and acceptance. But in reality, they were manipulated, with participants unknowingly serving as tools to something much more sinister. These movements were carefully orchestrated and later co-opted by the very elites they believed they were resisting. Through this cultural war, the elites have gained control over people’s minds and families, distracting them from real issues, fostering division, and deepening dependence on the state. Over time, people were led to believe that the government owns their lives and that reliance on it is necessary. This is Communism 101.
As government influence expanded, personal responsibility and individual freedoms decayed. This is a fundamental strategy of socialist ideologies—creating dependency while dismantling the values that sustain strong, self-reliant families and communities. People didn’t see it coming because it happened gradually. Our parents marched for peace, love, and sexual liberation. Women were encouraged to reject traditional roles that they thought kept them enslaved, while men were increasingly pushed to abandon their families by normalizing government handouts, and the pride parade evolved into a month-long celebration of sexuality. Little by little, people’s lives became more dependent on the state, while their beliefs were shaped by media narratives and Hollywood propaganda.
If you read The Black Book of the New Left by Agustin Laje, you’ll understand how the socialist agenda has managed to control the masses. For a brief summary: initially, they used the labor force against the corporate owners, but when people realized work is the best way to get ahead, and no longer cared much about that divide, they shifted to identity politics—feminism, LGBTQ, Black Lives Matter, and more—all aimed at undermining traditional Christian values: attacking femininity, masculinity, marriage, families, children and even the baby in the womb.
Once you begin to understand why this has happened to us and realize we’ve been manipulated, that’s when you can free your mind. You’ll see that it’s time to leave that society because it is headed for collapse.
Understanding these societal shifts was a turning point for me. I once believed the modern feminist ideal that independence meant prioritizing a career above all else. For years, I focused solely on professional success, without considering marriage or family as priorities. But over time, I found myself disillusioned with that path. Like many, I struggled with relationships and personal fulfillment, eventually realizing that true confidence and happiness come from knowing who you are, what you stand for, and building a life aligned with those values, a life with purpose.
Through my journey of faith, I found clarity. I learned to trust in God, let go of the illusion of control, and embrace my role in marriage and family. This personal transformation strengthened my conviction to stand firm in my beliefs, even when they go against popular culture. One of the pivotal moments that made me question modern narratives was the “Me Too” movement’s “Believe All Women” stance, which dismissed the fundamental principle of due process. While supporting victims is important, blindly accepting accusations without evidence has led to devastating consequences, including false allegations that ruined lives. As a wife, stepmother, and aunt to wonderful men and boys, I couldn’t ignore the dangers of such an ideology.
The attack on family values didn’t stop there. The most alarming shift has been the targeting of children, promoting gender ideology, encouraging irreversible medical procedures, and undermining parental rights. This direct assault on the family unit is why I am (we are) so passionate about creating communities that protect and uphold these values.
Our communities stand for something greater than just beautiful homes in idyllic locations. We are clear about what we believe:
We believe in freedom, but also in preserving the values that made Western civilization strong.
We believe in the importance of family and the innocence of children.
We believe in biological reality—there are two genders: male and female.
We believe in free speech, freedom of religion, and medical freedom.
We believe that men and women are equal but different, each with unique and complementary roles.
We believe in open discussions where differences can be debated respectfully, without censorship.
This is one of the reasons we chose Latin America to create our communities in. In most places here, the majority of people still uphold and fight for family values. This is why we're seeing an influx of people from all over the world, especially from first-world countries, where illegal immigration is reshaping cultures and creating unsafe, unstable environments. These individuals seek a place where they can live according to their principles, where their families can thrive in safety, and where their values are respected.
These principles are not just words; they are the foundation of the communities we are building. And the most rewarding part of this journey has been meeting so many like-minded people who share these beliefs and want to build a future based on them. Our clients are not just buyers, they become friends, neighbors, and part of a group that prioritizes freedom, family, and truth.
This is why we do what we do. We are not just developing properties, we are fostering a way of life that aligns with our deepest convictions. And we are grateful for every person who joins us on this mission.
